Contacted me 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment to tell me they can not do my 9am appointment, but could come at 11am or noon. I had arranged my schedule for this service. Terrible customer service.
I would give them 000000 star don’t recommend this waste of money and don’t even do their job. If you don’t want to waste your money stay away.
THE WORSE, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, CLEANING SERVICE I HAVE EVER HIRED! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Walls and cabinets were still dirty when they told me they were done. When I asked them to clean it, they said I was “too picky”. I noticed the walls were still dirty and when I asked them to clean it, they told me “You didn’t tell us to clean the walls.” I don’t know why I need to babysit and point out every single thing that needs to be cleaned. They did an absolute amazing job cleaning! This is our 5th time using them and they go above and beyond expectations! They even made toilet paper flowers and bows in all the bathrooms and kitchen
More like Superficial Maids cleaning services. Had to clean after them. Never again.
