THE WORSE, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, CLEANING SERVICE I HAVE EVER HIRED! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Walls and cabinets were still dirty when they told me they were done. When I asked them to clean it, they said I was “too picky”. I noticed the walls were still dirty and when I asked them to clean it, they told me “You didn’t tell us to clean the walls.” I don’t know why I need to babysit and point out every single thing that needs to be cleaned. They did an absolute amazing job cleaning! This is our 5th time using them and they go above and beyond expectations! They even made toilet paper flowers and bows in all the bathrooms and kitchen
More like Superficial Maids cleaning services. Had to clean after them. Never again.
First off let me say I really hate writing negative reviews on a business. I try to give as many chances as possible before resulting to a negative review. However, at some point you have to let it be known. The maids are fairly nice, although they don’t speak much English. But other than that, the cleanings are pretty poor.
