I too have tried reaching someone and have been unsuccessful. I have a brand new e-bike that won't power on and no one to contact to find out what I should do.

the 125 is good but the stickers on it are kinda bad so I toke it off but its way better but its a good bike
so easy to put together! the X3 already came 70% done, just needed to add the pedals and battery!
Absolutely zero customer service. I've called repeatedly and sent multiple emails with no response
