Superior Service from Superior Van & Mobility! I bought my Chrysler Pacific in for service due to some issues I was having getting the van to start. Alex C***, the General Manager, met me out front and got my van into the shop right away. Within 10 minutes the service tech had determined the second battery needed to be replaced and I was out the door and back on the road within 35 minutes. I can't say enough about the way I was treated, it's truly a family atmosphere.

Took a 2000 F-350 in to get a hydraulic cylinder replaced. Was in there for less than a hour. They charged me for two hours. Asked the woman at the desk about this. She told me is was because two guys worked on it and both deserve to be paid. Never heard of such a thing.

My father is now confined to a wheelchair and we needed to find my parents a wheelchair accessible vehicle. A friend referred us to Superior in Lexington. From the first time I visited them to start the process, to my parents having a van in their driveway will be just about a 3 week process total. The service at Superior is phenomenal. This was my first time learning about SVM! My 95yo granny has been forced to be in a wheelchair due to a botched knee surgery 9 years ago. It had been very difficult for her to transition from her wheelchair into a car…so she began using a service called CALL-a-RIDE and one day in December I went with her and my mother. The service picked her up 2 hours before her 45m appointment and didn’t pick her up until 6HOURS LATER!! Superior Van And Mobility has always treated customers as family. We have purchased several ramp vans from Superior and they never drop the ball. Customer service is still alive and well at Superior and for that we are grateful. Thanks to all of you, Donna and Rick

John ****** walked our family through this whole process. Justin Weiss even sent video of the van since my dad could not be there to look at the vans. Navigating these new waters with dads ALS diagnose has been overwhelming. John drove the van down to us to deliver it knowing how difficult things are for our family. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I would recommend Superior Van & Mobility to anyone searching for these vehicles. Kindness, compassion and true customer service.
