Awful. They chopped branches mid branch off our oak tree around the whole canopy causing irreparable harm. It was a lovely old heritage oak in our backyard. We have maintained it for years. We only wanted thinning dead branches. It is unexplainable why they did what they did. We are in shock even after 3 months. It will never be back to its glory. This company knows NOTHING about trimming
