They do not pay their vendors for the orders they place.
Horrible people working at the parts and service department. Asked them how much is the new hitch plate welded and installed for my Superior transfer and it’s been two week and still they didn’t gave me the quote. Called them many many time and still no results. So I called Reliance and Rogue trailer and they gave me a quote while I was on the phone with them. I’ve been Superior customer for over 20 years, after this B.S. I’m taking my business somewhere else. Thanks Ken “service guy” you just lost a loyal customer.
