My car is a convertable with minor damage to the front bumper, naturally I had it hand washed. I have never seen my car this clean. They did a fantastic job. I will definitely be coming back

I've got lots of things to missing out of my car when I came here for the managers is just a jerk has no idea what customer service is
Keep driving..........don't stop! Employees are slow and totally uninterested in what they are doing. You would think they work for the highway department the way they lean on the cars and do nothing. Unfortunately there are very few full serve carwash in the area. This one in Tomball is bad. The one at FM1488 and 2978 is just as bad. I guess it is difficult to find good quality help. Maybe they just don't pay them well. "You get what you pay for" Again.......keep driving don't waste your money!
EXTREME DAMAGE TO CAR!!! Our 2001 CORVETTE just got very damaged at this place!!! One of the washing units ripped off a whole piece of the car!!!! The staff saw it happen and the manager started pointing fingers AND BLAMED MY HUSBAND SAYING HE HAD HIS FOOT ON THE BRAKE AND THAT'S WHAT CAUSED THE EQUIPMENT TO MALFUNCTION AND RUIN OUR CAR!!! My husband did not have his foot on the break and the staff claimed no fault to them because they "properly loaded" the car wash. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Horrible service! What a rip off after taking my vehicle to this car wash I still had to take it home myself and clean the door panels, center console and running boards what a joke.
