Jorge was great.
I paid $145 for the highest level detail which includes a hand wax, interior detail, carpet and seats shampoo. Interior looks good. They clearly did not wax the exterior. Manager claims they did but there was several smudges that I could wipe off with my finger that a hand wax and buff would easily remove. The exterior had a dullness to the touch and not a smooth finish from a freshly waxed car. Manager wouldn’t budge. This place used to be good. Not sure what happened but I took my wife's truck there Tuesday (August 25th, 2026) and that will be our last time going. It doesn't matter where I go next, it has to be better! I feel like I got screwed out of my money!
Worse service ever at a car wash! The car was filthy when they were done and management didn't even care, plus most staff didn't even speak English.
