Felt they were trying to make money. Was told I needed front brakes then took it somewhere else and was told brakes were fine.
I didn’t like being greeted with a half hearted hello, Then I said I had Called. I have a horse trailer and I need to replace two tires on one side, and the next answer was I’m not sure I have any in stock which really bothered me because I had called and no one asked me what kind of tires they were they just said come on by. When he looked it up, of course he had tires in stock, but they were the very expensive ones That’s a direct quote. Would highly recommend and return for any future auto needs. The Tire Choice team was professional, friendly, and were able to quickly and accurately diagnose a suspension issue with my vehicle and went above and beyond to to expedite delivery of the necessary parts and complete the repairs as quickly as possible. They were patient and answered all my questions in great detail, charging an extremely fair price for all services rendered. Rear suspension knuckles and bearing/hub assemblies replaced.
Very up front about what needed to be done. No upsell.
