Won't swap tires if they are not new.
Very inconvenient. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. This place supposedly closes at 7pm but they turned me away because they're too lazy to change out my tires. Its 5:30pm & we asked if he knew anyone that can help but said NO ONE will change out my tires since its Friday. Ridiculous!
Great customer service this Sunday morning. Made an appointment and was able to get my service done same day. John was able to get me a new tire and changed within 30 mins. Thank you!
