This is a store I would definitely not recommend to go for tires, the price of installation was more than the tire itself and only became more ludicrous if I had bought more than one. I would definitely not recommend and I will definitely not be returning. If it wasn't an emergency and didn't have a blown tire no way would I have ever purchased here, highly recommend going to other locations.
Terrible experience. Car was towed in, but completely ignored for 3 days. Car sat immobile, in facility parking lot. Called numerous times to find out status of car. With each call, response was, “We cannot get to it today. We’ll have to wait until TOMMOROW.” At end of third day, I decided to have car towed again. This time it was to dealership service center. Honest and skilled crew to have vehicle serviced through.
This place is amazing! Efficient and professional, but so kind with their customers. They do a wonderful job, don’t try to up-sell you, and get you back on the road as quickly as possible. I’ll be back for all my future needs. This is a true gem in Las Vegas.
