Superior Tile Service did a wonderful job with our bathroom. The workmanship was great. The owner is honest and is happy to please. We came in at budget and I have already recommended STS to others. Thank you Rhet!
A Total and unequivocal disaster. I highly do NOT recommend. Amateur at best. Had to hire a new contractor to come and redo everything. We will be contacting the Maine Licensing Board, Better Business Bureau, and unfortunately small claims court. It took two weeks to get to the point we had to fire him. No show no calls for days. Absolutely no craftsmanship. Ruined brand new $700 shower pan. It has so many scratches it needs to be tossed. Do Not Hire.

Never showed on the day he said he would for the estimate and then he never responded back to me. Absolutely frustrating
Superior Tile Service does quality work. We found them to be customer-focused, courteous, on-time and responsive. We had a unique backsplash tile that was curved and another custom tile job on the shelves on our stairwell. Both installs were well executed with good attention to detail. They asked us before making small design decisions along the way, we appreciated this, as most contractors don’t bother. Highly recommend this service and would use them again.
