I was a former real estate agent and have seen many professional tile jobs. Superior Tile Service is far from a professional tile installation company. He showed up when he said he was going to, however it took two and a half weeks to install a tub /shower tile combo. Once the work was completed, the grout was uneven, bad cuts on the tile, bathtub spigot was installed loosely and he tried to fix it with caulking. Extremely rushed and sloppy job. Do not hire this person
He “remodeled” our bathroom. Dude had no idea what he was doing. He’s a joke. Do not hire this guy. I’m about to see him court for his shitty work.
Superior Tile Service did a wonderful job with our bathroom. The workmanship was great. The owner is honest and is happy to please. We came in at budget and I have already recommended STS to others. Thank you Rhet!
A Total and unequivocal disaster. I highly do NOT recommend. Amateur at best. Had to hire a new contractor to come and redo everything. We will be contacting the Maine Licensing Board, Better Business Bureau, and unfortunately small claims court. It took two weeks to get to the point we had to fire him. No show no calls for days. Absolutely no craftsmanship. Ruined brand new $700 shower pan. It has so many scratches it needs to be tossed. Do Not Hire.
Amazing tile work, does great job. Quick and efficient. Always looks wonderful.
