really laze manager. had an overhead door problem. i notified him, then went to europe, returned to find that he had not looked at it yet. watched a new tenant try to get in with the code he was given. no access. he called the emergancy number, no answer. he had a trailer full of furniture that he could not put into his unit because the manager did not enter his code and was not answering the phone. lazy
Their prices for the units are comparable with other facilities and their units are impeccably clean. All this is impressive enough but the service given by the on-site manager, Mr. Guzman, was most impressive. He is very knowledgeable in his business, fiendly, informative and professional. If you need a storage unit or storage space, this is the place! I highly recommend it.
