After a recent snow slide off the main part of the house two stories up, the snow snapped off the 3" vent pipe and pulled off the boot surrounding it leaving the house exposed to weather. I called the only folks that I thought that should look at the roof since they installed it 20 years ago. I sent pics showing the issue and they understood the urgency. So here’s the story. My husband was in the shower this morning, and he hears things going on outside on the roof. He peers through the blinds of the bathroom only to notice some gentleman taking apart our roof. We had no appointment for anything to be done on our roof.
