Why these guys only have 4.5 is beyond me! Extremely professional, went above and beyond what was asked. Our trailer looks brand new and the hood fan looks incredible. We will be 100% booking them again moving forward.
They parked their industrial truck below my bedroom window and operated their extremely loud pumps and compressor all night from midnight to 5 am in complete violation of Noise By-Laws. The head guy, Caleb, was rude, smug, and condescending - shrugged his shoulders and said, "Too bad. We do this all the time." Told me to complain to By-law officers if I want, but "he'd be gone before anyone showed up." Then smirked, turned around, and fired the compressor pumps back up. Christine was very nice when she talked to me about my dryer issue and booked an appointment within the week for me, Shane was punctual, fixed the issue and explained how I can avoid problems in the future. Great experience, great company.
Derrick and Shane did a bang up, beautiful job cleaning my through the attic cloths dryer vent . Its my second time using Superior Steam and Vac and I do highly recommend them .....
