FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!! Horrible customer service!! They came out to repair my sprinkler system which cost over $1100 to fix. The first time I turned it on, I found a leak in one of the zones they repaired. I've called 5 times to get them back out and each time I've been told they will call me back. Still waiting and I have a flooded yard with no way of shutting off the leak!!!!

Beware! I paid $150 for them to let me know if I had a sprinkler leak when water was bubbling up the sidewalk. They said no. It was a plumbing leak! I then believed them and called a plumber who tore the whole side of my yard up to check all the pipes and found a big sprinkler Leak! I have complained and tried to get reimbursed at least the $150 ! No response. No answer. ******

I was promised, for 3 business days in a row (Thursday, Friday and Monday), they would send a technician, yet they always had some sort of excuse to not send one. I requested that the manager/owner contact me by phone. I was told he would, but he failed to do so in a timely manner. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone and will never do any business with them in the future.

Supposed to come out today from 10a-2p. It's almost 4 pm and nobody has showed up and no phone call. I called the office several times and got the answering machine.

Robert came out today to find out why my sprinkler system would not turn on. From the moment he arrived and introduced himself to me until the job was completed, his knowledge and customer service were outstanding. He explained in detail how my system worked and why mine had failed. I was more knowledgeable when he left. Thank you to Robert and Monica at Superior Sprinkler for giving me the confidence and trust to call upon them again in the future!

Top notch customer service from Jeff and his trainee Paul. The day I called , I told Jeff that I had been referred by my son, who had called him to repair the sprinklers for my son's church in Dallas. I was very impressed by the great level of service . After I could not accept them that day they came 8:15am the next day . And he gave a courtesy call, to tell me he was about to arrive. Swift, knowledgeable work was completed . I had a great experience. The tech, Jeff, was quick to diagnose the issues and fixed the busted heads and did a system check. Would hire again.

I was quoted $110 per hour and $55 per 1/2 hour after that plus parts. The technicians took their time and and finished a 10 minutes job in 66 minutes. They charged me $200 labor + $150 parts which they never used. They even charged me $60 for a locator tool. I am reporting them to Better Business Bureau and do not recommend them at all. I would have chosen negative rating if it was available.
