A person named Rob from this company responded to a Thumbtack request that I posted looking for a plumber, with a referral to a plumber. I didn't respond because I wasn't looking for a referral, I was looking to talk to a plumber. When I passed on the job, he had the nerve to write me back telling me that it cost him money to submit that "bid" and that I wasted his time and money.
