This company and the people who work here are completely useless. 99% of my shipments are from XPO, somehow this last shipment got transferred to Superior and it’s been a complete nightmare to get them to deliver my shipment. It says it’s out for delivery for the past 4 days and still nothing. I am then notified it is loaded on their truck and will be delivered at 5:00 when my business closes… obviously that never happened. If you are looking for a way to get a Bendpak product to St George, SST is the way to go. Bendpak uses ABF to get the item to Salt Lake and then SST can get it the industrial park by Costco. Call Wrenchers to order a lift or tire equipment. I ordered a 2200 pound four post lift. It took about a week to arrive and the staff at SST safely got it loaded onto a 20ft trailer with a fork lift and dolly. When you call to coordinate pick up you can talk to an actual human who knows where your item is.
The communication with this company is incredibly poor. I have been strung along for 4 days now (since first contact) for an order that requires a signature. I placed the order 3 weeks ago- unsure how long they had it prior to contacting me. Still do not have an answer when it will be delivered. I have left messages that were not returned. It is very difficult to reach a live person. I even tried to do their job for them & pick up the item but it “requires approval” from a third party I have never heard of.
