Recently on a 98 degree day I returned home about 7:30 in the evening and knew immediately that my air conditioning was not cooling properly. I called Superior Service of Broken Arrow thinking I'd be lucky to get someone out to look at it in the morning. They asked me my location and said they would check to see who is in my area. To my surprise a serviceman called to get my address and arrived in about 45 minutes. I had a problem with the install of a replacement home heat and air system. some of the subsequent hassles included 1.i had to convince the shop that installed it that there was a problem. 2. other firms were willing to fix it, but a lot of money for the labor when it wasn't installed right. 3. the installation shop finally agreed there was a problem and fixed it. i say all this to let you know, at this point, my opinion of most all HVAC was not good. i am happy to tell you that Superior Service is qualified, competent, more... read more

The heater stopped working during a cold spell. They showed up the next day and fixed the problem, identified a problem with the unit (it had separated from the wall in the attic) and agreed to return to fix it the following day. Good price, excellent work, courteous, on time.

Very reliable company. Their estimate was much better then in other companies (replacing all ducting in our house), they did this job very professionally and they were very accurate in timing. I can strongly recommend this company.
