We discovered a bolt was stuck in one of our car tires late morning. Called down to Superior to see if they had time to repair it as my wife needed to leave town that afternoon. They were booked solid on a Friday before the holiday weekend, but they said they’d squeeze it in but may not be ready until 5:00. We’ll, shortly after lunch they called and the tire was repaired!! Gave my wife plenty of time to get to her destination. We’ve had our cars serviced there for years and will continue to do so!
I have had my vehicle unfortunately go downhill and need thousands of dollars worth of repairs all in the last 5 months, and Superior has been so kind in working with me to provide fair pricing and honoring warranty when applicable. They listened to my scenario and personal needs and tailored their suggestions to my circumstances to fit what was best for me.
