I’ve been using SSS for the past couple of years and found it to be safe and secure. Sophie and Anthony was great in helping me transitioning to a smaller unit as my belongings has been reduced. The place is clean and staff are great.
Site is very clean, obviously well maintained, and no evidence from my brief visits that they have transients going in and out which some of the other Rancho storage facilities seem to have. Staff was very pleasant and personable, and handled the sign up very professionally. The reason I only give it 4 stars is the "one month free" promotion is BS...which if I have been told the details from the outset, I would have reconsidered signing up.
