This was the first dealership I stopped at in Conway. I was only going to look and get ideas and pricing. Ended up talking more and more and they got me an amazing deal on a brand new Elantra. Jeremey Hess and one of the managers helped me out tremendously finding just the right car with good payments and getting me out of the old car I wanted to get rid of!! This was a much better shopping experience than I received at another dealer in town. At that location I'm not sure I would have gotten any attention even if I were doing back-flips. They seemed more interested in looking at someone's phone than potentially selling a car. I stopped by Hyundai to get a better look at an Ioniq I had seen after-hours. Our experience with purchasing a vehicle was not pleasant. Misty and Clem was the best salesperson however the business manager and sales manager were not. Our paperwork was redone twice because of an error. We were told by the DMV that we were issued two temp tags and were only given one. Almost cost us a fine. During the buying process they continued to talk negatively against their own salesperson. Be careful if you are a female working or doing business with this all male group. This was by far my worst vehicle purchase.
We just finished purchasing our new 2017 Hyundai Elantra from Superior, and it's a beautiful car! The most impressive customer service, particularly from Damon Elkins and Bryan Large, helped seal the deal. Damon was diligent and worked with my wife and I for several months and kept in touch to check in on us. Bryan helped find all the discounts and made sure we were fully happy before we left! I'll never shop elsewhere!
