Second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth, they answer the phone, work with our schedule, are prompt, are knowledgable about rugs and rug pads, and are courteous and professional. I always have a great experience here. I’ve taken (07) rugs here and large ones at that. The turn around was quick and professionalism was all I noticed here upon arrival. If you’re local I’d recommend getting your rugs cleaned right and quick here. The prices are reasonable and I knew I was in great hands.
I would never consider using anyone other than Shane to clean my rugs. They pick up & deliver and give a good price. The job they do is superb. I had them clean a monster rug that I bought at Auction, they picked it up at the Auction house, cleaned it and bought it to my home.
