I would never consider using anyone other than Shane to clean my rugs. They pick up & deliver and give a good price. The job they do is superb. I had them clean a monster rug that I bought at Auction, they picked it up at the Auction house, cleaned it and bought it to my home.
Superior Rug Service has been cleaning our rugs for years, and we couldn't be more pleased. First, they clean our rugs beautifully. Second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth, they answer the phone, work with our schedule, are prompt, are knowledgable about rugs and rug pads, and are courteous and professional. I know if you are looking to have your rugs cleaned, you'll be very happy with them.
Superior Rugs always comes through. I had inherited a runner for my front door that is more like a doormat, people track dirt in, wipe their feet, etc. As such it was really dirty. When a dog I was watching peed on it, I finally decided to have it cleaned. It came back looking brand new! As you can see in the photo the cream colored design can actually be seen now.
