Not only did they answer the phone, they also made an appointment and showed up! Cody was great. He inspected my roof and fixed a couple of nail pops while he was up there. I will definitely call Superior Roofing when it is time to replace my roof.
I cannot say enough good things about Superior Roofing! The main thing, besides doing excellent work, is that they return calls and show up!! I called three roofing companies who treated me like I was invisible. My only regret is that I wish I had started out with calling Superior in the first place. They came to my house when they said they would. They did excellent work on the repair that was needed. They left my yard clean and neat. They charged me less than the estimate because they used less materials than anticipated. ... read more
The only reason I am leaving a 1 star review is in order to write a review it was necessary, otherwise it would be a 0. This company may be great at roofing but there are shity at customer service/relations and all around common curiosity. If they don't want people parking on their property during Auburn games they need to post something to that effect. Its pretty shiny to come back to find that your car has been towed and have to walk 20 mins away to get your car. As this was a night game and did not affect their business. ... read more
