They charge 109 for application fee then stated my credit is low which is an error I literally got approved for a 400000 mortgage. This is deal they offered me . Sounds like a scam
We had a great experience with Superior. Kandi worked very well with and for us. The communication was great, we never had the feeling that this was a scam (not like other places), and the whole team were responsive and respectful. They found us the home at the price we wanted to pay, we appreciate you!
