Totally true what the other post says. He is not honest and is attempting to keep my full security deposit plus. I gave proper notice and paid full rent to the end and his letter states I didn't. He is completely dishonest and will be paying court fees. Plus my attorney fees. Take pictures and record EVERYTHING just like I did. #crook
RUN don't walk away from this broker. He has been reported to and is being investigated by TREC for misconduct. I wish I had known then what I had to learn the hard way before I had the misfortune of hiring him as a property manager. DECEITFUL and DISHONEST !!!!
