Very rude, does not return phone calls or emails, refused to sign his half of the contract because of the title company we choose to close with even though we agreed to pay ALL of closing. Called all of us liars and after I started posting reviews online emailed us back and said “im sorry I may of overreacted” sorry buddy word of mouth and reviews are hurtful and I would not recommend this contractor to ANYONE. As if trying to build a home isn’t stressful enough this nightmare happened. We decided to build new construction for our first home. Looked at many houses and decided the best layout and fit for us was by superior homes lp. Had our realtor try to get more information for us and the process of buying a home and picking out a lot.
