Did not finish job. Did the gutters, they came out good, but was supposed to come back and install rain chain and gave me run around for a couple weeks and never heard back from him. Left shards of cut metal around the house.
I can no longer recommend this business. Update-we have some issues with our gutters overflowing and after reaching out several times, he responded once and said he’d replace the leaf guards with an upgraded version at no extra cost, but it would take a week to get them. It’s been over a month and we haven’t heard anything more, despite sending additional messages. If I could I would change the rating to 3 stars. Chris and his son installed gutters and leaf guards. Chris and his son installed gutters and leaf guards. We also ordered and paid for rain chain but were told it was back ordered. When we tried to contact them about when the rain chain would be installed, we got no response from phone, text or email. After two plus weeks we finally heard from them and arrangements were made to install the rain chain. During the stop one of the gutters was adjusted as it was holding water in the end opposite the downspout.
