The evaluation took about a month to get, its been about 6 weeks and I still have not heard back from them on results for my son's evaluation. I have emailed twice and called three times leaving voicemails because they never answer... starting to think this isn't a very good place to take your kids... Update: I added stars simply because Dr. Talli Hitt is very responsive if you bring an issue to her attention however Gabi Kaufman is extremely hard to reach, she does not respond to emails. Dr. Hitt is so kind and the report was very good. They are the best at understanding and diagnosing truly what is going on - and it has taken me years to find someone who was able to get it right! They are busy but worth it!
At first I was very excited to work with this company. They were recommended by children's hospital. My son did the evaluation and we talked on the phone. It has now been 2 months with no word or evaluation results. Children's Hospital has tried to reach out to them with zero response. I have tried with the same result. The one who is suffering the most is my son. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I absolutely love this place for evaluations and such for my family. But this last time is a big disappointment. My son's evaluation was December 5th and I still do not have the report (April 6th) . I have reached out several times and cannot get a response. The couple of messages I have received stated that they thought someone already reached out to me or that they will immediately email over the report. it has been 20+ days since they said that and I still do not have the report.
