I absolutely love this place for evaluations and such for my family. But this last time is a big disappointment. My son's evaluation was December 5th and I still do not have the report (April 6th) . I have reached out several times and cannot get a response. The couple of messages I have received stated that they thought someone already reached out to me or that they will immediately email over the report. it has been 20+ days since they said that and I still do not have the report. I am having an extremely hard time getting anyone from this office to pick up the phone, call me back or respond to my emails. Rough.
I can’t say enough about the services here. From the beginning we were treated with respect and kindness. The whole process was fairly simple. Both Dr. Kaufman and Dr.Hitt were wonderful to work with and truly know what they’re doing. I researched a lot before settling on a place and I am so glad I did. Thank you!!
