They are super nice very honest and supportable things has gotten rough for me due to my back surgery other than that I will still be living there when my back surgery get better I will make sure to go back there and rent from them again.. my apartment was super nice super clean no failure at all great condition.. So since they decided to bash me when I posted my review. I’d be more than glad to share an explanation. During covid my wife lost her job and we got a little behind on the rent and quickly caught up the payments. Then never missed a payment for till we moved out December of 2023. I strongly advise against working with Superior Property Management. My experience with them has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. Unresponsive Communication: Phone calls and emails often go unanswered for days (sometimes weeks), making even the simplest requests a hassle. Poor Maintenance: Service requests are ignored or delayed, and when something finally does get fixed, it’s usually a quick patch job instead of a proper repair. I must say that the property management itself is great but the people they hire are no good. The AC guy came over last week and was outside my house using the N word back to back. Mind you I am and African American.
