Called several times and rarely received an answer. When I did reach someone the service department is never there. Than when I asked when will they be in they said soon with a snippy attitude. She was not sure when Jimmy would be in. I called about fixing my turtle and they do not have a liner to test it than when my wife called they said they can fix it soon. Horrible service and management treats customers like dirt
The customer service is awful. Service guy was suppose to come, never showed, never called. My husband called him the next day, he said he forgot, way to do business. So he said he would come the next day, once again never showed never called, guess you don't need our business. Google reviews have the same complaints. The only reason I was using you was this is where we purchased our hot tub, back when you were at the old location, where you could actually get help.
