Superior Pool and spa loses my pump and makes me feel as if it was my fault. They never called me, informed me or even apologized. I’m not asking for a protest of this company or to stop buying from them. I just want people to know they just don’t give a fuck about your stuff. I will not be giving them anymore of my money. My husband took our pump to get fixed. Never called to let us know it was done. Moved locations never let us know. He called for 3 months. Nobody ever returned his call. He was very kind and respectful. That’s bad business right there. Claimed it wasn’t their fault that they lost our pool pump! Really??? Dirty business!!!
they don't treat their customers well at all. They misrepresent their claims about quality of pools they sell and installations
I had THE BEST experience! I am new to pool ownership, and everyone has worked very worked very hard to educate me and and stay within our budget. Couldn't be happier!
