Mauro backed into my parked car while it was in my driveway and fled the scene. Luckily my grandpa let me know. Initially, they acted like they would pay for damages and provided a written statement along with my police report. Fast forward to the estimate and Mauro decided he didn’t want to pay for it any longer so I opened a claim on his insurance. His daughter then called and tried to have the claim removed without my knowledge. Almost a month later my car is finally getting fixed. I can’t speak on their painting services... read more
