Superior Plus Propane, owning Proflame, sends out duplicate bills to it's customers! This is not only a waste of money for them, but can be very confusing to older folks who may have some memory issues and pay the same bill twice!! My mom was doing just that when she began having memory problems. It was discovered that the duplicate payments WERE NOT returned to her!! It wasn't this company, BUT I have my doubts that duplicate payments are returned here either! A very BAD PRACTICE for a business to use. Margie M.
