Please beware of using this company. They are scammers and will try and con you into things that don’t need to be fixed. Tried telling me all my pipes needed to be redone I got a second option out and they don’t need to be replaced, They did not fix the clogged kitchen sink yet I was still charged for it! They also cut a pipe downstairs and it was not fastened right and water was leaking all over the place! They were open to coming back to fix the problem since I paid. But guess what NO show! Imagine the challenge, one of the hottest days of the summer and our A/C unit failed. We contacted Superior Plumbing & Heating of Toronto that morning, they had someone out to us later in the morning who talked us through what had happened, why it had happened and offered us a range of solution. Then later in the afternoon, they had the technicians with us to remove our old unit and install another. They worked until late in the evening to get it just right for us.
