Very disapointed with the quality of work this company provided. The plumbing "expert" Chandler is infact not a plumber at all. If you look up qualifications from the Ontario College of Trades, Chandler is not there. I learned from an actual plumbing professional with an actual plumbing license that their "HYDRO SCRUBBING" machine was grossly undersized and is actually made for small drains such as kitchen sinks. I had an emergency this morning as my kitchen faucet would not stop running. Superior Plumbing sent plumber Curtis and his assistant to service the issue. They took the time to call me from another job to ensure that I knew how to turn off the water. I am very pleased with the excellent service I received. I rarely leave reviews unless I’m really impressed, or really appalled by the service. It’s the latter in this case. To put it mildly, I would rather let my sewer line explode with sewage pouring through my property freely paired with entire house being flooded and caving in before ever asking Superior Plumbing to come for repair ever again. I called this company regarding a small issue of toilet paper coming back up from my toilet every see often. Two people arrived and tested the flushing of the toilet and checked the sinks to see if there was a major clog anywhere. After it was all said and done the guy made some sort of assumption that I had a partial clog in the toilet which might need to be augured. They spoke to me and swayed me into paying 749 dollars after tax for the man to go to Home Depot buy an auger and spend 4 minutes trying to clean out the toile... read more
