Not recommend this company for emergency water leak repair. I recently had a water leak at the junction of the water softener and the water outlet of the copper tube to the house. At that time, I already had two days without running water. Finally they showed up after two days waiting. They inspected the issue very quickly and told me the issue is not fixable that requires to have a new softener. First their quote of a new softener is more than $3000. Definitely NOT LEGIT !!!
Wish I would have spent a bit of time to read reviews before calling them this morning. Have a tiny leak in my water service; the work required is to remove about 6" of copper pipe and replace a valve. If I could solder, it would take me two hours, so I assume it will take someone half the time. The service guy came out and agreed with my estimate of about an hour, but after 15 minutes on the phone he came back to the house saying that the quote is $1950.
