This is my second service call in the past year and both times have been great. Each time urgency was required and we were amazed at the quick response to resolve our problems. We've now met 2 different service techs and both were very knowledgeable and quickly resolved our issues. They took time to listen and subsequently explained in detail everything in terms that were easy to understand. Hopefully we'll never have another emergency situation but if it happens, they will definitely get a call from us.

William was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He offered suggestions for further upgrades and took care of our plumbing issue in good time. The area was left clean and dry. We were really pleased with his service. Expensive but a job well done.

I called in the morning and had Mike come assess and explain everything for me that same day. After giving a fair price he did the work in a timely manner, cleaning everything up after. I will continue using superior moving forward.

Excellent job! The technician guy named Raz was on time, explained everything, and left no mess. My sink drains perfectly now. Will use again Superior Plumbing and Heating
