Very informative and had all the right things to say. Completely changed my day around and I would recommend Nicholas to anyone! water heater wasn’t working, Nick informed me that the products I had in the surrounding area were causing it to shut off. Therefore we found a solution and made me a happy man.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Currently going through insurance to rectify a 25k blunder on their part. Superior plumbing sent out a tech that illegally installed a gas hot water tank with pex lines coming direct from the tank. Less than 2mths later the lines blew and caused a massive flood to the whole lower level of my home. In short - their response to how they were going to rectify was deny, deny, deny. Had Superior come out to my property to deal with a clog issue in my plumbing. They left without any resolve and charged me full amount for their services. Now I have to pay for another plumber to come out and complete the task at hand.

Nick came out to service our water softener and he was great. He was on time, did a great job and was very courteous. I would highly recommend him.

It was the worst experience I had. Technician had arrived and instead of checking the issue, all the time he was talking on the call to his boss. He did not solve the issue. I had to guide him where the water line goes. He did not take any initiative from his side. He did not have any knowledge about what to do. And I did not get my problem solved. I do not recommend this.
