DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Currently going through insurance to rectify a 25k blunder on their part. Superior plumbing sent out a tech that illegally installed a gas hot water tank with pex lines coming direct from the tank. Less than 2mths later the lines blew and caused a massive flood to the whole lower level of my home. In short - their response to how they were going to rectify was deny, deny, deny. It was the worst experience I had. Technician had arrived and instead of checking the issue, all the time he was talking on the call to his boss. He did not solve the issue. I had to guide him where the water line goes. He did not take any initiative from his side. He did not have any knowledge about what to do. And I did not get my problem solved. I do not recommend this.

Very informative and had all the right things to say. Completely changed my day around and I would recommend Nicholas to anyone! water heater wasn’t working, Nick informed me that the products I had in the surrounding area were causing it to shut off. Therefore we found a solution and made me a happy man.

Had Superior come out to my property to deal with a clog issue in my plumbing. They left without any resolve and charged me full amount for their services. Now I have to pay for another plumber to come out and complete the task at hand.
