I haven't called another plumber since first needing to call Superior Plumbing for an emergency 4 years ago. They were prompt, professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I have since had Caleb come out 4 more times for one more emergency and a few more minor issues and in all cases he was just as outstanding to work with as the first time. I can't say enough good things about this company and highly recommend calling them for any plumbing or gas needs.
The guys at Superior Plumbing are always prompt, courteous and professional. We found them when we had commercial plumbing needs and our landlord was so impressed with their professionalism they now use them regularly. We will be calling them should we have any residential needs as well. We will definitely be long-time customers. It is always a relief to find a service professional you can trust and count on. I had an excellent plumber for 25 years who retired recently. I had a serious gas leak and had to have a line buried in concrete replaced. I was so lucky to find Superior Plumbing on the internet. I couldn't be more thrilled with the level of service!! He was prompt, efficient, courteous and left no mess for me to clean up. He will be my plumber for the next 25 years!
It was a job I thought I could handle myself, but it turned out I needed some help. I was putting laminate flooring in the upstairs bathroom when I noticed the toilet was wobbly and that it was not going to be the right height for the new flooring. I called Superior plumbing and they sent a man out who did a great job resetting the toilet. He was polite and did not leave any mess. Now the toilet looks sharp and is solid. Next time I need some help I know who to call—Superior did real nice work.
Superior Plumbing is the only plumbing company I will call. We have a 23 year old house and we were wanting to add gas logs to both of our fireplaces. We had called several companies and gotten either outrageous quotes and we were told it couldn't be done. Superior Plumbing was able to come out, looked at the job, made recommendations for the type of logs we needed to purchase and then they came out and installed gas lines for both fireplaces as well as installed the gas logs. Needed a new Kitchen Sink installed and also the Outside Faucet was leaking badly. They got both projects done promptly. Good price. I will call them for my next plumbing issue!
