TOTALLY IMPRESSED by the skill and professionalism of this company! When we first moved into our 1980's fixer upper, Caleb was able to make some difficult repairs in the hall bath/shower and still kept everything intact. According to our relative (a former plumber himself), most other guys would have had to tear into the walls to do this, but Caleb found a way to do the job without cutting into sheetrock...which was SO NICE!!! Great Company! Found their information in a Facebook group that provided a number of great reviews! So called and left a message. I received a call-back within minutes. In about 30 minutes they were at the house resolving an emergency fix on the main waterline in the house. The gentleman making the repairs was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He was able to repair the issue quickly; I even noted that he took extra steps to ensure that the fix will last. Great company, will definitely call back when I need something!
Quality work done on short notice! Unlike most service companies, we called and had someone out to the house within 2 hours. They replaced our entrance valve quickly, and then made some adjustments to a leaky faucet without charge. This is the second time we have used Superior, an we could not be happier with their service!
I had Superior Plumbing out to my rental unit recently to repair a continuously running toilet. The technician surveyed the situation, called me with recommendations, and fixed the problem quickly. He only replaced parts that were worn out, which saved me money. He worked efficiently and cleaned spotlessly after himself, which saved me money. And he was very friendly and communicative, when I paid the bill over the phone. Job well done!
I have trusted superior with my plumbing needs since I bought my house in September. They were more than great at putting in new shutoffs, frost resistant spigots and a gas line for my stove. I will be using them in the future and will recommend them to anyone else in need.
