These apartments are great especially the staff and maintenance were always doing amazing job. Just if they can increase light around the building, it will be wonderful.
Signed a year lease last March and shortly after started seeing a lot of roaches in my unit. Turns out it was an infestation in the whole building. Lots of cracks in the apartment that the roaches were crawling through. They even came in through the front door. While I was living at Superior Place, I saw 3 or 4 different type of roaches. Pest control came months after I was communicating with the office that I had a 2 year old child and was concerned for his health, but there were still live roaches up until the day I moved ... read more
Apartment themselves are very nice. Management is very communicative about ongoings and any issues. The lights outside the apartment aren’t always on and neither are the stairwell lights so coming back later can be sketchy sometimes but this is the only issue I could think of.
The last 7 months have been the best since I got here 3 years ago! Erin has made so many improvements since she got here! Erin and Nick make sure things actually get fixed in the building and my unit (which I had things waiting at LEAST 2 years to get fixed)! She actually takes care of the complex between mowing, the pool, security, getting knocked over trees from storms removed quickly, getting the dumpster “slots” fixed and even made package pick up so much easier!
