SPM conducted pest inspections on two properties for me during my first home purchase. They were quick to complete the work after scheduling and both friendly and professional - which goes for both the technicians and the receptionists that I spoke with. Fairly priced as well.
We have been with SPM since our first home and then kept them for our second. A total of almost 10 years. His wife or receptionist was always very short and rude as other reviews have stated. Service was spotty never consistent. Being loyal and wanting to support a family business we asked them to service our third home. They sent an email stating they choose to no longer service our family without an explanation. I find this to be very unprofessional and reading all the negative reviews I can see Im not the only one.
SPM is an excellent company, the workers are knowledgeable and thorough. Ronnie listened to our concerns and educated us on pests and services provided. Very ethical personnel. Highly recommend!
