JJ did an excellent job in getting our garage door back into working order. He was very professional and independently replaced broken springs assembly! He was kind, caring and professional throughout the process and ensured that everything was in good order. I was very impressed.
I was scheduled for service multiple times with time windows. I was rescheduled more than once and I waited hours past my scheduled time every other time they were supposed to come out. No respect for my time and consistently tried to come after 8 pm. Once they did arrive, they had to leave to get parts they forgot and then were supposed to come back the next day. Would not recommend to anyone. We waited all day long on 4 separate days. After the appointment window would pass they would tell us 1 hour, we would wait and call again after an hour and they’d say another 1-2 hours. This went on until 8pm every time. On one occasion they no call no showed. After promising they would make it right they did the same thing again. Not worth all the wasted time for a garage door repair.
