I have a 12 year old son who is infatuated with garage doors. Russ was kind enough to allow us to stop in for a little while and let my son pick his brain on garage doors and the garage door business. I am certain Russ had plenty of other important things to do, but he chose to take time to invest in a young man who may choose to pursue a career in the garage door business in the future. I will definitely be calling Superior for all of my future garage door needs.
I have used Superior for years…because they truly are superior. But today’s kudos go to Ryan. He’s installed, adjusted, and maintained my current door for several years. But yesterday, I’m most impressed that he not only replaced my broken spring, but also serviced, greased, and adjusted my door (extra wide double) for its smoothest and quietest movement. Great service. Very affordable. Quality care with customers. Ryan was both informative and friendly while competitively completing the task.
Ryan and Joel do excellent work. They’re courteous, prompt and proficient.
My garage doors were fried by a power surge, reached out to S.O.D. on a Monday and they were able to come fix them that Wednesday. Joel and Ryan were super kind and efficient, got the job done in under an hour, explained all the issues to me, etc. 10/10 recommend.
