You will NOT find anyone more knowledgeable than Mark! His "bedside manner" was top notch as well. He made the time to get my door working manually while he ordered my new Liftmaster. This included fixing several small issues thanks to the builder and the previous installation. As soon as the part came in he squeezed me in that day and even waited until I was home to go over everything with me even though he had already shown my wife. We had a problem with our garage door late on a Saturday night and contacted Superior Overhead Door at 10:30 pm. Mark replied right away and asked for pictures, etc. He came on Sunday morning to make the repair…and had our door working again in about 40 minutes! Mark even took time to do our yearly service check while he was here…at a very reasonable cost. We are very thankful! Excellent service.
