You will NOT find anyone more knowledgeable than Mark! His "bedside manner" was top notch as well. He made the time to get my door working manually while he ordered my new Liftmaster. This included fixing several small issues thanks to the builder and the previous installation. As soon as the part came in he squeezed me in that day and even waited until I was home to go over everything with me even though he had already shown my wife. Mark is awesome!! He has helped us out with our garage doors multiple times. Super knowledgeable, trustworthy, and efficient!! He always has a smile and a solution. Thanks for the help on a Saturday! I called and he was over within an hour pretty incredible! If you need help with a garage door issue Superior Overhead Door is hands down the best option!
Mark was able to come out and replaced my mother’s garage door motor unit from 1993. It had been randomly opening and closing at all hours. He completed the job in under a half hour, which blew my mind, and charged a very fair rate. We really can’t recommend him enough!
