horrific! they pretended to change my oil then 2 months later turns out they didnt change it at all and my car lost all oil without any leaks! dont trust these people. I called to let them know and the manager proceeded in insuniating i am a liar! umm no i wouldnt take time out of my day never again
walked in 2013 sentra was quoted 35 oil change walk out with 68 bill.. 40% on labor il could of gone to dealership and paid 45
It looks like the negative reviewers are commenting about another location, not the Mission one. Or maybe they are a local competing oil change service. I have been there multiple times for an oil change and I have been treated with the utmost respect and friendliness. The service performed on my vehicles was top shelf. I have no complaints about the Mission, TX location.
Got my oil changed there and have to say guys are quick and received great customer service by young lady at front desk. Will definitely be going back.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lady at the front desk needs to learn how to properly speak to customers. She was rude and mean to my father who simply asked a question. She also made a spectacle and taunted me to call the manager when I asked her to be professional about her manner of speaking. Just an over all bad experience.
