Same here, I will not be ordering from this company again. Really bad customer service. I have to pay my own shipping back for returning the bitter organic raw almonds I have received. Once returned, they have to inspect them to decide whether to issue a refund or not. They won't do full refund, just the unused almonds. I have to throw away the used portion (4 Lb) on my own cost.
