I had to deliver a load of empty cans up there on 2/2/18. I had to blindside truck and trailer in the dock with the directions of the man who unloaded me didn't catch his name but I really take my hat of for that man it was amazing!
We placed a large order with multiple items for family Christmas presents. The order arrived quickly and was well-packaged. The glace’ apricots were amazing, so tender, sweet and delicious! The premium roasted mixed nuts were also great and priced very reasonably. We found them to be fragrant, fresh and salted just right. The chocolate malted milk balls and chocolate covered fruits were very well recieved and were everyone’s guilty pleasures. Ordered a decent sized order. $250.00 a week after I ordered I receive notice of ordered filled. Not sent filled. When I called about it. I got someone on the phone that would look into it and contact corporate. A couple hours later customer service calls. Half assed and lame apology. They will send today and pay for shipping. That won't work. I wanted them when I should have received them. That ruined my plans. Asked about the coffee cakes I ordered. Nothing! They knew nothing about that part of the order. VERY disappointing. Honey roasted pecans had black spots and pith on over 25% of product. Half of the pecans were shriveled and dry. Will not purchase again.
I bought the Cashew & Macadamia halves yesterday and was very disappointed. There were 15 pieces of macadamias in the 8 oz can when I opened them and put them in the nut dish for serving.
I contacted you by email twice regarding some glaceed apricots I purchased. One of the tins had something gross all over the apricots...mold I assume. I asked for my money back or another tin. No answer from you guys. You need better customer service.
Their roasted pecans are the best tastin' ever sold!
First time, the turkish apricots were excellent. Ordered several nuts, and two of the four packages did not look fresh. One, frankly, looked old, it had cracking on the cashews with the white older nut dust. i called, but no shipping label and nothing further said. So, they lost a customer. Not superior customer service, or nuts.
