I haven't even been to Patterson's Garden Co. however by a phone call I made..I can tell they have A+ customer service. Sarah was so helpful with information on a plant I am considering and she took my name down to grow the plant and let me know when I will be able to go pick it up.(Even though I couldn't tell her if I needed one or 10 plants..she said not to worry because they would grow enough of this "Newly Featured" plant. Just from the one phone call..I know this will be my new Garden Center to shop.
I’m so happy I found Patterson Nursery! Tanya and Mary were so helpful and everyone there was very knowledgeable and friendly. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
