Excellent Service During the busiest time of year Mark and his team made room for me on the schedule. They called to confirm, arrived on time, were courteous and kind. Even though I had a double move and needed storage for a month, the contents of my five bedroom house was delivered with no issues. I was so pleased. I would definitely use this company again.
Racially biased service! I scheduled services one month in advance and confirmed two days before the move. I was all packed up and waiting on my porch for these people to arrive. They called me two hours later and told me that they were not sending anyone because they ran out of trucks?!?...Then he said he didnt believe I had the money anyway! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY THEY STEAL I really wish I could give a negative star rating for this company but this site won't allow me. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! They damaged my home and stole electronics, the owner Mark is rude and obnoxious he isn't professional at all. I thought because they were licensed and insured they were reputable and that isn't the case. They gave a price over the phone to get the job, halfway thru the job they tried to double their rates. don't use this company I am glad I did not use them. The storage is different from the photo on their simple website. There is no work procedure at all, no confirmation or forms. I said to one peroson and had to speak again to another one. The storage has no elevator, i was told have to pay $24/hour, and docking fee to move stuff out. Or $80/hour to let them help you move to a new destination....everything was not right, I am glad I gave up earlier.
Not Superior if anything goes wrong After reading all these reviews, I wish I had read them all to begin with. DO NOT USE THEM FOR OUT OF STATE MOVES. They are not qualified. Superior is fine if every goes fine...but it did not. DO NOT use them for any move where the truck will be someplace else overnight. They do not inventory what goes on the truck, and when they offload, the guys are great, but if anything is missing, they claim it was never there. Run Fast! Do not use this co. Run Fast. They are conartists, thieves, and liars. You can't believe a word they say especially, Mark, the owner. They have a bad reputation and every word you hear about them is true, especially their fake quotes. Do not go with this co. Run Fast.
The Worst of the Worst! If you could rate on a minus scale. These border line criminals would be negative 5. Folks.. . Warning... . Do not use this company. They sound great over the phone and will provide a rather attractive price . All good until they get your stuff on a truck and or to their place and won't do anything with it unless they get paid a much higher price than what was quoted.
