I can't say nicer things about my move, or Superior Moving. The move was seamless thanks to the professional and efficient demeanor of Superior Movers, from booking, to moving, to following up. I had an emergency and needed a moving crew in approximately 24 hours, and Superior moving company was able to accommodate me immediately and told me a crew would arrive between 8-8:30am and would need 3-5 hours to move my things (fully furnished 1br apartment). I called three different moving companies and they all seemed disinterested in providing me with information. I was only moving a 1 bedroom apartment. When I called Superior Moving they were very friendly and seemed to care about the customer. They didn't seem to mind I was a small move and were eager to earn my business. We moved from South Carolina to FL and were a little concerned at the beginning as it was the first time using a moving company.The efficient communication and explanation from the first meeting made us more confident. Pick up and Delivery was on time and everything came in excellent condition. I highly recommend using Superior Moving they did a great job for our move.

My move from Florida to North Carolina went perfect using Superior Moving. The men that packed our furniture took good care of our items, and they even gave me good quality used boxes free for the things I packed myself during the move. Everything was wrapped up in moving blankets and they treated our items like it was their own stuff. Everyone showed up in the time windows given, overall a very stress free move.

The experience with Superior Moving was a great one for us. The salesman that came out was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He worked with us to get us the best price for our move, he was very detail oriented and took the time to explain the whole process. The packers that came out did an excellent job - not one thing was broken or damaged when we unpacked the boxes. SECOND full house move with Superior. Cant say enough good things. Moving companies are scary and I was so worried about trust and having our things taken care of. The first move went great and I requested the same crew but they were already on another project BUT the next 4 guys were just as good. Amazing Piano Movers! We recently used Superior Moving & Storage for originally a long distance move from New York to Florida where they placed our baby grand piano in storage. On the pick up we moved my mother and some of her things from New York to Florida. Her new home was not ready so we utilized the storage facility Superior offered, and my mother stayed with us for several months. Superior Moving always kept us informed. We received a call the day before to confirm the booking and one that morning from the driver to say they were on their way. When the movers arrived they did a quick walk through to see what was needed to be moved, and determine the best way to start. The movers got to work and were fast and efficient, taking care of not only our belongings but also the town house that we were leaving. Great experience! I highly recommend Superior Moving for moving and storage. Unlike other moving companies I have used in the past. I was quoted a price which was honored DESPITE going above and beyond for MY expectations. The entire crew was very mindful of time and wouldn't even take breaks upon my insistence. I moved for two days with two different crews and they were all incredibly kind, helpful, well mannered and overall did a great job.
